Information you provide

The estimate form asks for your first and last name, email address, and the service you need. Phone number and project details are optional. We receive the information you choose to include in your request, email, or call. Please do not send passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information through the estimate form.

Technical information

The website collects campaign tags and the page and button used for an inquiry. The lead system also processes an IP address, referring page, browser information, submission time, and request identifier. These details support request delivery, spam prevention, duplicate detection, and understanding how visitors find the site.

How information is used and delivered

We use inquiry information to respond to your request and discuss your flooring project. Website inquiries are sent to Tom at tsmith@flooringhubnc.com. We do not sell your inquiry information or share it for unrelated marketing. Service providers process information as needed to host the website and deliver email: Vercel hosts the site, and Resend or FormSubmit delivers form inquiries to Tom’s inbox. These email services receive contact, project, and campaign details from the form. Flooring Hub also uses Jobber as its customer-management service.

Analytics and other providers

The site uses Vercel Web Analytics to measure visits and interactions, including estimate-form activity. Google analytics and advertising tags are disabled on this website. Google Fonts and the embedded Google map still receive visit information when they load; these are separate from Google measurement tags. External links to Google, Facebook, or Instagram lead to services with their own privacy practices.

Cookies and browser choices

You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. Those controls do not necessarily stop website logs, third-party font or map requests, or processing of an estimate you submit. Read Google’s Privacy Policy, Vercel’s Privacy Policy, and Jobber’s Privacy Policy for their practices.

Record retention and requests

Flooring Hub keeps inquiry and customer records for seven years. To request access, a correction, or deletion of information you have provided, email Tom at tsmith@flooringhubnc.com. We will remove your information on request unless we are required by applicable law to retain it. Please describe your request without sending sensitive information. Service providers handle their own technical records under their privacy policies; questions about those records can also be directed to the relevant provider.
